This section explains how to get to the 'Order History' page and how to use the search function to look for relevant orders.
You'll need to be logged in to view Order History and have one of the following roles:
Order Placer
Unrestricted Order Placer
Order and Approve
Order Approver
Unrestricted Order and Approve
Trust Admin
You can click on your name near the top left hand corner of the screen to see profile information, check your user role and any financial limits.
To display the Order History page, click on your name and select 'Orders' then 'Order History'. All NHS Supply Chain orders for your trust which have been confirmed will be shown at the bottom of this page. The Order number will be different to the one shown on the Order Overview page and will be the final number format used in all reporting moving forward.
Use the relevant search fields to search for any placed orders. Click on the order number to view details of the order.
Alternatively, you can sort the list of orders by clicking on the arrows by the column headings.
Click your name and then select 'Orders' from the list.
Click 'Order History' to navigate to the Order History page.
From here you can use the search fields to find any placed orders.
You can also use the arrows by the column headings to sort the list of orders.
Once you select an order, you will be taken to the individual order's summary page.
