This section covers how to access your tailored catalogue(s).
Tailored catalogues cannot be created using a mobile phone
Tailored catalogues are built by adding specific, products and categories to a bespoke catalogue.
A maximum of five tailored catalogues can be created and users assigned to each one.
To be able to set up a tailored catalogue you must be logged in, and have one of these user roles:
Trust Admin
Catalogue Manager
Once logged in, you can click on your name near the top left-hand corner of the screen to see profile information, check your system role and any financial limits.
Select 'Admin' to go to the Tailored Catalogues screen.
From here, you can create tailored catalogues.
On the 'Admin' page you can see how many tailored catalogues have already been created.
Click the green 'Create new catalogue' button to set up a new tailored catalogue.
You’ll then be taken to the 'Create tailored catalogue' screen.
Click your name at the top left-hand corner of the page.
Select 'Admin' to go to the 'Tailored Catalogues' screen.

There are three steps to create your tailored catalogue.
The first is to add details.
Enter a catalogue name (minimum of 2 and maximum of 70 characters including spaces). Only alphanumeric characters, hyphens, underscores, round brackets, and full stops are allowed.
Adding a catalogue description is optional. The 'Continue to Add products' button will be greyed out until the 'Catalogue name' is completed, then it will turn green.
Click the 'Continue to Add products' green button to proceed to the 'Add products' screen.
The second step for your tailored catalogue is to add products. This can be done by manually adding products or in bulk.
